SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all our products. You can find delivery options in the cart. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. We will always do our best to keep within the shipping time window!

International Shipping Policy

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the ???. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

JG Collection will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package

Lost / Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Ownership of packages is turned over to the courier service you select at checkout and transfers to the buyer once shipped. You will receive a tracking number in your email along with a confirmation of order. If you don't receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Once the package leaves JG Collection, the carrier is responsible for any delivery issues. 

 

If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As a company that values its customers, we strive to provide you with an experience that makes you feel confident in your purchase and use of our products and services. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in unworn brand-new condition within 14 days of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing

                                                              parts for reasons not due to our error. 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We give you time to make sure your purchase meets your expectations completely. You can return any item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. (Excludes custom orders and select sale items.) I.Gorman will issue a credit for the purchase amount of the item (net of shipping charges) to the credit card used to make the purchase. Gift recipients may receive merchandise credit for the purchase amount of a returned item. To exchange an item or use a credit from a gift purchase, please call us at 1-202-775-8544 as these transactions cannot be processed through the website. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To make the return process easy, we’ll include a Return Authorization Form with your purchase. For insurance and security purposes, we must ask you to follow the instructions on this form.
